Happy Monday AOW friends and family! We are so excited that spring is just around the corner. The hallways and classrooms are filled with spring art projects, and the Littles have loved that extra outside time! Last week we began our weekly theme of Green our Scene! The Littles learned all about recycling and other ways to help our earth. We had several fun activities planned including Growing a plant in class, Plastic Bottle Recyle Art, but nothing beat the Cardboard Canvas Painting! We recycled cardboard boxes we had laying around. (Thank you Amazon Prime!:)) We cut them into individual sized canvases for the Littles, and then their imaginations took over from there. It was such a fun activity, and just a good reminder of the amazing possibilities that even a cardboard box can have! Check out some of the masterpieces below! :)
