Pre-K Prom

Last Thursday we had one of our favorite events of the year: pre-k prom! At pre-k prom the oldest class gets to celebrate their time at the academy, just like at a real prom! There is dancing and food, but there are also games and activities for the kids. The theme this year for prom was Pirates and Princesses! The girls came dressed as princesses; we saw Belle, Ana, and even some princesses of their own creation. The boys came dressed as pirates, but there were a few dressed in suits. The kids had fun dancing and doing crafts, and the parents had fun talking and watching their kids dance. The night was a success and we couldn't have done it without loads of help from preschool 2 teacher Ms. Alanna, Ms. Katie herself, and Ms. Monica. Thanks for all your help and thank you for everyone who came! We can't wait for next year's prom!
