Happy Tuesday Academy of Westhaven families! I hope that you all had a wonderful holiday weekend with all of your families. We are thrilled to start another fantastic week with all of our littles. This summer has been so full of fun and we’ve already made lasting memories!
Last week we enjoyed Wild Things week! The week was filled with dress up days, a fun zoo trail mix, animal tales came for a visit and we had our very first Animal Rescue! We always have a great time when Animal Tales comes by to help educate us on all of the animals and their habitats. The fan favorite was Animal Rescue. Everyone donated a gently used staffed animal and we then used the stuffed animals for all of our littles to adopt! They were each able to take their animal to the veterinarian station, made their new animal a name, adoption certificate, a brand new collar that they got to design. Every animal was sent home in a pet carrier and were off to their new homes! The littles had a blast and were smiling and full of giggles the entire time. Check out some of the fun below! :)
