🎨All about the Arts🎨
Happy Monday Academy of Westhaven families! We are so excited to start another AMAZING week with all of our littles. We’ve had such a busy summer and it crazy that we are in our final few weeks of Summer of Imagination here are AOW! I guess time flies when your having fun! 😉
Last week was All about the Arts! The littles LOVED the different activities each day and really got to learn and explore all the different types of art in the world around them. On Monday they all got to create their own sculptures, Tuesday we had a Special Guest and Tippi Toes Dance came and taught our littles about the art of Dance! On Wednesday we had a Sip n’ Paint and the littles each got to enjoy a Capri Sun during their painting class. On Thursday we were supposed to have our Color Run but it was unfortunately rescheduled due to rain throughout the rest of the week. We cannot wait to watch their world explode with color! On Friday we ended the week with an Art Gallery in the enrichment room the displayed all of the beautiful masterpieces that the littles had created during their Sip n’ Paint! It was such a fun and colorful week! Check out the fun below!
