What an incredible week we had during Camp Academy Week! Our enrichment room was transformed into a campsite where our little campers explored, discovered, played, and made memories with their friends. Every day brought a new adventure, and we loved seeing the excitement on each child's face as they embraced all the fun camp-themed activities.
We started the week by welcoming everyone to our very own classroom campsite! Friends explored the campsite, practiced their camping skills, and took on an exciting camp obstacle course. They climbed, balanced, crawled, and cheered each other on as they completed each challenge. It was the perfect way to kick off an adventurous week!
The fun continued with a variety of exciting camp activities! Some friends grabbed their fishing poles and tried their luck at "catching" fish, while others joined in our exciting Camp Wars games. There were plenty of opportunities for teamwork, friendly competition, laughter, and problem-solving as everyone worked together and encouraged one another throughout the activities.
One of the biggest highlights of the week was our camp-themed Water Day! Friends cooled off with water balloon fights and participated in a variety of fun water games inspired by life at camp. There were lots of smiles, giggles, and splashes as everyone enjoyed the sunshine and celebrated summer together.
We wrapped up Camp Academy Week with a special classroom campout! Friends arrived with tents, sleeping bags, flashlights, and other camping gear, turning our classroom into the ultimate indoor campground. We enjoyed pretending to camp together, exploring our cozy campsites, and celebrating an amazing week filled with friendship, imagination, and adventure.
